As per reports, King County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO) responded to reports of a person with weapons on campus at Evergreen Senior High School in White Center, Seattle, Washington on Wednesday morning (17 December).

• The school was placed into lockdown at approximately 0900 hours local time (1700 hours UTC) as deputies responded and conducted a search of the campus. Two handguns have been recovered and three individuals, all believed to be juveniles, have been detained. No injuries have been reported.
• A large law enforcement response was observed with over a dozen law enforcement vehicles on scene.
• The school urged parents and community members not to call or come to the campus as it would disrupt ongoing law enforcement operations. All students and staff are following emergency procedures.
• The lockdown has been changed to a hold as of latest reports.
