As per reports, on Monday (13 October), the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE), in collaboration with the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs, and Port Security; Emirates Health Services; the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority; and the Department of Health (Abu Dhabi), has reportedly launched Domestic Worker Services through the Work Bundle digital platform (workinuae.ae).
• This platform reportedly allows users to issue, renew, or cancel residency visas for domestic workers, arrange their medical tests, and manage other related processes entirely online.
• The service integrates multiple government entities into a single platform, supporting the UAE’s Zero Government Bureaucracy Programme, reducing the need for physical visits, and streamlining data entry through tools like UAE PASS and the Government Services Bus (GSB).
• Users can submit documents, sign contracts, and complete payments in a unified system, enhancing convenience, efficiency, and security. The initiative is designed to improve service delivery, minimize errors, and enhance compliance with regulatory requirements.
