• The demonstrations took place in over 1,200 locations across all 50 US states. Major US cities that witnessed large turnouts included Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, Washington DC, and Houston.
• International protests were held in London, Paris, Berlin, and other global cities, reflecting widespread discontent with US policies.
• In Washington DC, thousands gathered at the Capitol, where Democratic lawmakers delivered speeches denouncing President Trump’s domestic and foreign policy actions.
• Protesters raised issues ranging from immigration raids, economic inequality, and reductions in federal programs, to trade policies and global diplomacy.
• In Boston, attention was drawn to immigration-related arrests of international students, including Turkish student Rumeysa Ozturk.
• Protesters in London carried signs criticising US foreign policy and mocking President Trump’s previous remarks about annexing Canada and Greenland.
• Paris demonstrators also displayed placards referencing empathy, democratic values, and opposition to the “real steal” by government actors.
• In West Palm Beach, Florida, a protest was held near a President Trump-owned golf resort, where the president spent the day.
