According to the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), following are the updates on air-quality index (AQI) in Delhi-NCR as of Wednesday (22 October).
Delhi recorded an overall air quality index (AQI) of 353 (very poor) as of 0830 hours (local time) on Wednesday (22 October). AQI in Punjabi Bagh is at 423 (severe), Rohini at 369 (very poor), Anand VIhar at 353 (very poor).
• NISE Gwal Pahari in Gurugram recorded AQI of 265 (poor), Sector-51 in Gurugram recorded AQI of 392 (very poor) and Vikas Sadan in Gurugram recorded AQI of 243 (poor).
• New Industrial Town in Faridabad recorded AQI of 246 (poor), Sector 30 in Faridabad recorded AQI of 204 (poor),
• Sector – 125 in Noida recorded AQI of 283 (poor), Sector – 62 in Noida recorded AQI of 288 (poor), Sector-1 in Noida recoreded AQI of 247 (poor), Sector-116 in Noida recorded AQI of 352 (very poor).
• Knowledge Park – III in Greater Noida recorded AQI of 267 (poor) and Knowledge Park – V in Greater Noida recorded AQI of 267 (poor).
• Indirapuram in Ghaziabad recorded AQI of 280 (poor), Loni in Ghaziabad recorded AQI of 310 (very poor), Sanjay Nagar in Ghaziabad recorded AQI of 264 (poor), Vasundhara in Ghaziabad recorded AQI of 338 (very poor).
