As per the ASEAN Notional Calendar, the 47th ASEAN Summit and Related Summits are scheduled to take place in Kuala Lumpur from Thursday (23 October) to Tuesday (28 October). The following are the additional details on related summits scheduled to be held in Kuala Lumpur:

• On Thursday (23 October), the Prep-SEOM for the 26th ASEAN Economic Community (AECC) meeting (back-to-back with the 47th ASEAN Summit and Related Summits) and the 10th Committee of Permanent Representatives (CPR) to ASEAN Meeting (10/2025 CPR Meeting) is scheduled.
• On Friday (24 October), the 26th AECC Meeting (back-to-back with 47th ASEAN Summit & Related Summits) and ASEAN Senior Officials’ Meeting (SOM) is scheduled.
• On Saturday (25 October), the ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Meeting (AMM), the 30th ASEAN Political-Security Community (APSC) Council meeting, the 37th ASEAN Coordinating Council (ACC) meeting, and the Informal Ministerial Consultation of the ASEAN Troika (to be confirmed) will be held.
• On Sunday (26 October), 47th ASEAN Summit (Plenary) and the 47th ASEAN Summit (Retreat) will be held.
• From Sunday to Tuesday (26-28 October), the ASEAN Summit with Dialogue Partners will be held.
• On Tuesday (28 October), the 3rd Asia Zero-Emission Community (AZEC) Leaders’ Meeting (to be confirmed) is expected to be held.
• The Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) will implement several traffic diversions in conjunction with the ASEAN Summit and the Malaysian Grand Prix (MotoGP), which will coincide on Sunday (26 October). Motorists are advised to use alternative routes, such as the Bandar Seri Nenas, Nilai, and Bandar Ainsdale toll plazas, to reach the Sepang International Circuit (SIC) in the event of temporary road closures.
