As per reports, at around 1900 hours on Sunday (08 December), a violent clash broke out between two factions of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) in the Baghoil area of Ishwardi sub-district, Pabna district, resulting in a gunfire exchange that injured three individuals.
The two factions of BNP, led by the district BNP convener- Habibur Rahman Habib, and the general secretary of the Ishwardi Upazila Volunteer Team- Mehedi Hasan, clashed over a dispute over pond ownership in Baghoil.
