As per reports, temporary traffic regulations are in effect at the Corinth Canal bridge, Athens, Greece, from Tuesday (16 June) to Saturday (20 June) due to maintenance work.
• Reports indicate that from Tuesday (16 June) until Saturday (20 June), trucks exceeding 26 tonnes are restricted from crossing the bridge towards Athens.
• The restriction applies only to heavy vehicles travelling in the direction of Athens, with alternative routing via the Old National Road between the Epidaurus junction and the Loutraki junction.
• Authorities have implemented measures to facilitate the safe execution of heavy maintenance work and maintain road infrastructure functionality.
