The Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau Traffic Management Bureau has announced temporary traffic management measures in Beijing to facilitate the construction of the Capital University of Economics and Business South Road (Shoujingmao South Road) project in Fengtai District.

• Through May 2026 till 04 August, motor vehicles, non-motor vehicles, and pedestrians will be prohibited from passing through the section extending from the intersection of Shoujingmao South Road and Fanyang Road to the intersection of Shoujingmao South Road and Fangfei Road.
• Traffic will be redirected through surrounding corridors including Fanjiacun Road, Fanyang Road, Fangfei Road, and Shoujingmao North Road. The measures are expected to affect local commuting patterns, delivery routing, and accessibility within parts of Fengtai District during the three-month construction period.
• Authorities stated the restrictions are necessary to ensure road safety and maintain orderly traffic conditions during ongoing construction activities.
