Travel disruptions reported on Dublin-Wicklow line on Wednesday (12 March)

As per reports, a technical issue with an overhead line caused significant delays to rail services between Lansdowne Road in Dublin and Bray in County Wicklow on Wednesday (12 March).

• Services between these two stations were suspended while staff address the problem.
• Commuter services were operating with delays, affecting the Dublin Area Rapid Transit (DART) network.
• The train at 1628 hours local time between Connolly/Rosslare was cancelled, and the train 1828 hours local time between Connolly/Wexford service operated as a bus transfer.
• The line reopened as of 2328 hours local time.
