Travel disruptions reported at Srinagar International Airport on Friday (28 March)

According to reports, several flights at the Srinagar International Airport were either cancelled, diverted or delayed due to speedy winds, officials stated on Friday (28 March).

Nine flights were cancelled, while two were diverted due to strong winds caused by steep pressure gradient. Several other flights were delayed and as of 1922 hours, the airport recorded 15 arrivals and 14 departures.
