As per reports, train services to and from Rotterdam Centraal will be suspended on Saturday (24 May), and Sunday (25 May).
• The suspension is due to replacement works on the train protection system between Rotterdam Centraal, Delft Campus, Nieuwerkerk aan den IJssel, and Barendrecht, as confirmed by ProRail.
• NS (Dutch Railways) will provide replacement bus services on various affected routes.
• The Rotterdam subway system will continue operating, but the NS ticket is not valid on subway line E between Den Haag Centraal and Rotterdam Centraal.
• Passengers travelling from Schiedam or Delft to Gouda or Utrecht are advised to reroute via Den Haag Centraal.
• NS tickets will be accepted on the Rotterdam subway between Schiedam Centrum, Beurs, Rotterdam Blaak, Capelsebrug, and Rotterdam Alexander.
