As per reports, train services in Kerala will be regulated till Tuesday (26 May) to facilitate track renewal works at Ernakulam Junction yard.
• Train No. 16128 Guruvayur-Chennai Egmore Express will be diverted between Ernakulam Town and Kayamkulam Junction via Kottayam till Tuesday (26 May), except on Sunday (10 May) and Sunday (24 May). The train will skip Ernakulam Junction, Cherthala, Alappuzha, Ambalappuzha, and Haripad, with temporary stoppages at Kottayam, Chengannur, Thiruvalla, and Changanassery.
• Train No. 16603 Mangaluru Central-Thiruvananthapuram Central Maveli Express departing on Friday (15 May), Train No. 22207 MGR Chennai Central-Thiruvananthapuram Central AC Superfast Express departing on Friday (15 May) and Friday (22 May), and Train No. 16355 Kochuveli-Mangaluru Junction Antyodaya Express departing on selected dates will also be diverted via Kottayam. Several scheduled stoppages on the Ernakulam Junction-Alappuzha route will be skipped, while temporary stoppages will be provided on the diverted route.
• Train No. 16356 Mangaluru Junction-Thiruvananthapuram North Antyodaya Express departing on Friday (15 May) and Friday (22 May) will be delayed by around 30 to 40 minutes.
• Train No. 16603 Mangaluru Central-Thiruvananthapuram Central Maveli Express will face delays of around 40 minutes on multiple dates between Saturday (09 May) and Tuesday (26 May).
