As per reports, the 2025 Autumn Fair officially started from Saturday (25 October) at the National Exhibition Center (Truong Sa Street, Dong Anh Commune), and is expected to last until 04 November.

To maintain order, Hanoi City Police has issued the following traffic measures –

• Temporary vehicle bans and restrictions will be applied from 1700 hours (local time) on 25 October to 04 November. Specifically, cargo vehicles weighing 3,500 kg or more, passenger vehicles with 29 seats or more (except buses, garbage collection vehicles, emergency vehicles, vehicles with security badges, police and military vehicles and priority vehicles according to law) will be banned. Additionally, trucks under 3,500 kg, passenger vehicles under 29 seats, private cars and motorbikes will be subject to certain restrictions like abiding by traffic diversions and other measures as will be imposed by authorities, on Ly Son, Truong Sa and Hoang Sa routes.
• To avoid congestion, the authorities will guide vehicles to avoid the restricted area. Vehicles from Hai Phong, Bac Ninh to Phu Tho, Thai Nguyen are recommended to travel along the route Thanh Tri Bridge – Hanoi – Bac Giang Expressway – National Highway 18 – Vo Van Kiet and vice versa.
• Vehicles from National Highway 3 to Xuan Canh intersection and Bac Thang Long-Vuc De intersection will follow the direction of Hoang Sa-Vo Van Kiet street. From Noi Bai airport, vehicles will move along Vo Nguyen Giap-National Highway 18-Vo Van Kiet or Hanoi-Bac Giang expressway.
