As per reports, the St. Patrick’s Day Parade is scheduled to take place in Munich, Germany, on Sunday (15 March) starting at 1200 hours (local time). The parade route is planned from Münchner Freiheit along Leopoldstraße and Ludwigstraße to Odeonsplatz. Approximately 1,400 participants are expected to take part in the event.
The parade and associated gatherings are expected to cause temporary disruptions to public transportation and road access along the event route. Several Munich Transport Company (MVG) bus routes are planned to be rerouted between approximately 1130 hours and 1400 hours (local time) in the areas of Leopoldstraße, Ludwigstraße, and Odeonsplatz.
• The following bus routes are expected to be temporarily diverted during the event: 53, 54, 58, 59, 68, 100, 142, 153, and 154.
• Additional timetable restrictions are expected for Museum Line 100 and Bus 153 between 0700–1130 hours and approximately 1400–2200 hours (local time).
• Certain stops, including Odeonsplatz and Von-der-Tann-Straße, are expected to be temporarily suspended or relocated during the event period.
