As per reports, a serious road accident occurred in the Trnava district on the stretch from the village of Trstín toward Bielá Hora, on Thursday (19 February).
• The collision involved a truck and a van. Following the impact, the truck remained positioned across the roadway.
• The affected section of the road is currently impassable, resulting in traffic congestion in the area.
• Drivers of passenger vehicles are advised to use an alternative route via a third class road through the village of Buková.
• Police urged motorists to drive with maximum caution, clean vehicles before departure, use winter tires, maintain safe distances, and avoid sudden maneuvers.
• As of at 1453 hours local time (1353 hours UTC), traffic conditions in the Bratislava region remain generally stable, although minor disruptions persist near the affected accident site.
