As per reports, a 15 km traffic congestion has been reported on the Dhaka-Chittagong highway from Narayanganj Kanchpur towards Meghna Bridge toll plaza. The traffic is being reported on account of the Mahastami bathing festival which attracts thousands of people for the Brahmaputra River Yatra at Langalband. Traffic has been impacted on Madanpur, Jangal, Langalband.
