As per reports, severe traffic congestion has reportedly continued on the Agra-Mumbai National Highway near Bheru Ghat (Ajnar River bridge section) since Thursday (02 July). The situation was triggered during ongoing bridge repair and patchwork work by National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), which led to partial lane closure and heavy vehicular buildup on both sides of the route.
The authorities indicated that traffic disruption is expected to continue throughout Friday (03 July), with normal traffic flow likely to be restored by Saturday (04 July), subject to completion of repair and clearance operations.
