As per reports, the Hanoi Department of Construction issued a notice on Friday (13 February), regarding a pilot traffic program to adjust traffic organization on Kham Thien Street, including Van Mieu, Quoc Tu Giam ward in Hanoi to ensure safety and minimize traffic congestion.

• Following this, the entry of taxis and contract vehicles with fewer than eight seats (excluding the driver) will be banned during morning rush hour from 0600 to 0900 hours (local time) except on holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays, on the section from Nguyen Luong Bang – O Cho Dua to Le Duan.
• Simultaneously, taxis and contract vehicles with fewer than eight seats (including the driver) will also be prohibited from entering/serving passengers on this section of the route during certain hours from Saturday (14 February) till Thursday (14 May).
