Traffic advisory issued for swearing-in ceremony in Thiruvananthapuram on Sunday (21 December)

The Thiruvananthapuram City Police has issued traffic restrictions from 0900 hours (local time) on Sunday (21 December), in connection with the oath-taking ceremony of the Thiruvananthapuram Municipal Councilors.

The following measures have been implemented:

• Vehicles carrying activists to attend the oath-taking ceremony should be dropped off at Corporation Point and RR Lamp and then parked on one side of the road without obstructing traffic at Public Library Nandavanam Road, Museum Nandavanam Road, LMS GV Raja Road, GV Raja World War Road, PMG Law College Road, and SMC Edappazhinjhi Road.
• During times of heavy traffic, if deemed necessary, vehicular traffic will be diverted.
• Additionally, vehicles going from Vellayambalam to the Museum will be diverted via Vellayambalam Vazhuthakkad, and vehicles going from Palayam to Vellayambalam will be diverted via PMG Nandancode.
• Commuters and the public are advised to cooperate with the traffic arrangements made by the Thiruvananthapuram City Police.
