According to reports, the Tripura Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) has announced to hold a Raj Bhavan Abhiyan (rally) on Wednesday (18 December) as part of a nationwide protest called by the All India Congress Committee (AICC) against the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)-led central government under Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The demonstration will begin at 1100 hours near the Press Club in Agartala. The TPCC has called on Congress leaders, workers, and supporters at all levels to join the movement
