The Thailand Meteorological Department (TMD) has forecast thundershowers and isolated heavy rain across several parts of Thailand on Tuesday (02 June).

• Scattered thundershowers and isolated heavy rain are forecast across northern Thailand, central Thailand, eastern Thailand, the southern east coast and the Bangkok Metropolitan Region. The affected areas include Tak, Kamphaeng Phet, Nakhon Sawan, Uthai Thani, Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi, Suphan Buri, Nakhon Pathom, Samut Sakhon, Nakhon Nayok, Prachin Buri, Chon Buri, Rayong, Chanthaburi, Trat, Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon, Surat Thani and the Bangkok Metropolitan Region.
• Scattered thundershowers are also forecast across northeastern Thailand, particularly in Loei, Chaiyaphum, Nakhon Ratchasima, Buri Ram, Surin, Si Sa Ket and Ubon Ratchathani.
• Fairly widespread thundershowers with isolated heavy to very heavy rain are forecast across the southern west coast, particularly in Ranong, Phang Nga, Phuket, Krabi, Trang and Satun.
