As per reports, the Algerian National Meteorological Office (ONM) has forecast thunderstorms and rainfall across several provinces on Monday (26 January).
• Scattered to widespread rainfall forecast, locally heavy with thunder, lightning, and gusty winds.
• Rainfall accumulations of 20 to 50 millimeters are possible in affected areas, with risks of brief reduced visibility and minor flooding.
• The affected areas include Algiers, Oran, Tipaza, Boumerdès, Tizi Ouzou, Béjaïa, Blida, Médéa, and Bouira.
