As per reports, Windy Hall Road in Letterkenny has been reportedly closed from Thursday (13 November) till Wednesday (19 November) to allow essential roadworks to be carried out.

• Local access is expected to be maintained as much as possible to minimize disruption for residents and nearby properties.
• A diversion route has been established, directing motorists via Kilmacrennan Road, Circular Road, and Glencar Road. Local traffic may alternatively use Long Lane, which will also reopen in stages as sections of work are completed.
• The closure is expected to support essential infrastructure improvements and ensure long-term road safety once the works are complete.
