As per reports, the Bartın Governorship has implemented a temporary traffic ban across the entire city in response to heavy snowfall and an increased risk of ice formation, on Monday (19 January).

According to an official statement, the use of motorcycles, scooters, electric scooters, electric bicycles, bicycles, and motorcycle courier services has been prohibited as a precautionary safety measure, effective for 24 hours from 0800 hours local time (0500 hours UTC) on Monday (19 January) till 0800 hours local time (0500 hours UTC) on Tuesday (20 January).
