As per reports, the Engelberg Tunnel on Autobahn A81 near Leonberg (Böblingen district) is scheduled to undergo scheduled maintenance on the traffic control system between Saturday (20 September) and Sunday (21 September).

• The closure is scheduled to begin with lane restrictions from 2130 hours local time (1930 hours UTC) on Saturday (19 September), followed by a full tunnel closure from 2300 hours local time (2100 hours UTC) on Saturday (20 September) to 1000 hours local time (0800 hours UTC) on Sunday (21 September).
• Traffic diversions are set up via Leonberg-West, Leonberg-Ost, and Stuttgart-Feuerbach junctions. Both directions of traffic are expected to be impacted, with significant rerouting expected.
