• The closure is anticipated to occur in two distinct overnight windows; from 0115 hours local time (0015 hours UTC) to 0250 hours local time (0150 hours UTC) on Monday (23 February) and from 0105 hours local time (0005 hours UTC) to 0335 hours local time (0235 hours UTC) on Tuesday (24 February).
• During the closure, aircraft landings and take-offs are reportedly not expected to be permitted due to planned maintenance on underground utility shafts and cleaning operations around the runway surface, which are expected to affect runway access and safety.
• Reports indicate that only military aircraft or aircraft experiencing in-flight emergencies may be authorised to land during the closure intervals.
