As per reports, the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister, M.K. Stalin, will visit Coimbatore and Erode over a two-day programme on Tuesday (25 November) and Wednesday (26 November). The details are as follows:
• On Tuesday (25 November) he will inaugurate the Coimbatore Semmozhi Poonga, a park developed on the Coimbatore Prison grounds.
• Following the inauguration, the Chief Minister is scheduled to interact with school students in Coimbatore and to participate in the Tamil Nadu Rising Conclave, where a new round of investment agreements is expected to be signed.
• Municipal administration officials inspected the Semmozhi Poonga prior to the visit and indicated that remaining entrance works are being expedited for public opening in the first week of December.
• On Wednesday (26 November) the chief minister will visit Erode to inaugurate a memorial hall at Jayarampuram in Modakkurichi featuring a statue of freedom fighter Pollan and visit the memorial of Theeran Chinnamalai.
• He will then attend a function at the Erode new bus stand, inaugurate completed projects, lay foundation stones for new projects and distribute welfare assistance to approximately 1.8 lakh beneficiaries. He will also unveil a statue of S. K. Paramasivan at Chithode.
