As per reports, a shooting occurred at a convenience store on White Plains Road in the Bronx, New York City, on Monday (30 December), leaving six people injured.

• Police believe the two shooters targeted a group of people standing outside the store. The shooters fired around 1700 hours (local time), crossing the road to the store and continuing their attack as the intended targets sought refuge inside.
• Authorities have not yet made any arrests, and the motive for the shooting is still under investigation. The police are reviewing video footage that shows the attackers’ actions during the incident.
