As per reports, two fire alarms were activated during the day on Thursday (28 November), following a forest fire that occurred near Las Brisas del Parque Sur and El Cerro, which borders the so-called La Ballena hill, in Puente Alto.

It was reported that the fire was close to high voltage power lines, which would entail a certain level of risk. As a result of this, air support was arranged to control the fire.
