As per reports, on Monday (25 May), a fire broke out at a furniture factory located in the 5th Organized Industrial Zone in the Şehitkamil district of Gaziantep.

• Reportedly, the blaze began in the early hours of Monday (25 May) and was brought under control around 0400 hours local time on (0100 hours UTC), after nearly four hours of firefighting operations.
• Fire, health, and gendarmerie teams were deployed to the site following notification of the incident in the early hours of the day.
• The fire was brought under control after approximately three to four hours of firefighting operations involving 33 vehicles and 72 personnel.
• Reports suggest cooling operations are continuing at the site to prevent any possible re-ignition of the fire.
