As per reports, a shooting occurred on Wednesday (16 October), in Southeast Washington D.C. The incident took place in the 3200 block of Dubois Place.

The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) responded to the scene shortly after 1100 hours (local time). The injured man was transported to the hospital in a conscious and stable condition. The investigation is ongoing.
