As per reports, a shooting incident occurred on Cesery Boulevard, near Arlington Expressway, Jacksonville in the early morning hours on Sunday (25 February).

• Police discovered a man killed inside a parked car on the side of the road around 0415 hours local time on Sunday (25 February).
• The victim has not been identified, and no arrests have been made.
