As per reports, the Government Centre for Security (Rządowe Centrum Bezpieczeństwa, RCB) has issued emergency alerts for multiple areas of Poland, due to the likelihood of heavy rainfall, strong winds and thunderstorms, on Sunday (29 June).
• An alert had been issued previously affecting West Pomeranian Voivodeship, Pomeranian Voivodeship, Lubusz Voivodeship, Bolesławiecki, Głogowski, Polkowicki and Zgorzelecki counties in Lower Silesian Voivodeship; Aleksandrowski, Bydgoski, the City of Bydgoszcz, Chełmiński, Golubsko-Dobrzyński, the City of Grudziądz, Grudziądzki, Inowrocławski, Mogileński, Nakielski, Sępoleński, Świecki, the City of Toruń, Toruński, Tucholski, Wąbrzeski, Żniński and Brodnicki counties in Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship; Chodzieski, Czarnkowsko-Trzcianecki, Gnieźnieński, Międzychodzki, Nowotomyski, Obornicki, Pilski, the City of Poznań, Poznański, Szamotulski, Wągrowiecki, Złotowski, Grodziski, Kościański, Leszczyński, the City of Leszno and Wolsztyński counties in Greater Poland Voivodeship; and Bartoszycki, Braniewski, Działdowski, the City of Elbląg, Elbląski, Iławski, Lidzbarski, Nidzicki, Nowomiejski, the City of Olsztyn, Olsztyński, Ostródzki and Szczycieński counties in Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship.
• Additional alerts have also been issued for Górowski, Lubański and Lubiński counties in Lower Silesian Voivodeship, Lipno, Rypin, Włocławek counties and the City of Włocławek in Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, Ciechanów, Gostynin, Maków, Mława, Ostrołęka County, the City of Ostrołęka, Płock County, the City of Płock, Płońsk, Przasnysz, Sierpc and Żuromin counties in Masovian Voivodeship, Grajewo, Kolno, Łomża County and the City of Łomża in Podlaskie Voivodeship and Ełk, Giżycko, Mrągowo, Olecko and Pisz counties in Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, where heavy rainfall, strong winds and thunderstorms are forecast overnight and throughout Monday (29 June).
