As per reports, cold weather conditions have worsened in Uttarakhand on Saturday (22 February), with several roads deemed impassable.
• The Badrinath highway has been closed due to snow beyond Hanuman Chatti.
• The Malari highway is also closed for vehicular movement beyond Bhapkund.
• The Chamoli-Ukhimath highway is closed beyond Kanchulakhark.
• The Auli road is also blocked beyond Sunil village.
• Heavy snowfall in the Valley of Flowers, Auli, Gorson and other high altitude areas has also caused access issues for vehicles.
