As per reports, security arrangements will be implemented in Colombo ahead of the T20 World Cup (WC) between India and Pakistan on Sunday (15 February), which will take place at the Premadasa Stadium. Sri Lankan authorities have stated that armed security personnel will be deployed from the time the teams arrive at the airport until their departure.

In addition, spectators have been advised to arrive at least four hours before the scheduled 1900 hours (local time) start of the match, while all stadium gates are scheduled to open by 1500 hours (local time).
