As per reports, the primary and secondary schools in the northern district of Dinajpur have been declared closed for two days on Tuesday (23 January) and Wednesday (24 January) due to severe cold. The decision was announced by the Dinajpur District Education Officer after the Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) recorded eight degrees Celsius temperature on Monday (22 January).
