As per reports, the Russian ambassador to Denmark has publicly accused Danish authorities of hostile actions, including threats to confiscate the land under Russian diplomatic mission buildings in Copenhagen, as stated on Tuesday (20 January).

• The ambassador stated that ‘repressive decisions’ by Denmark have forced a significant reduction in the size of the Russian diplomatic mission and complicated accreditation processes for staff.
• Bilateral relations are described as severely degraded, with Denmark cited as a key sponsor of military support to Ukraine.
