As per reports, heavy snowfall occurred including Manali, Kinnaur, Lahaul-Spiti, Chamba, Kullu, Dalhousie, Shimla, Kufri, Narkanda, Rohtang on Thursday (16 January) leading to road closures. Pangi area lost road connectivity due to snowfall.
