As per reports, road closures can be expected on the M3, A3 and the M25 in Surrey until Sunday (26 January). National Highways has put the overnight road closures in place so that works can be made to improve major routes in Surrey.

• Road closures on Wednesday (22 January):
• A3 northbound carriageway closure from Hindhead Tunnel to Thursley. Closure will be in place from 2100 hours local time until 0600 hours local time the following morning.
• A3 northbound carriageway closure between slip roads at Longmoor. Closure will be in place from 2100 hours local time until 0600 hours local time the following morning.
• M25 clockwise carriageway closure between junctions 8 (Reigate) and 9 (Leatherhead). Closure will be in place from 2200 hours local time until 0530 hours local time the following morning.
• M25 clockwise entry slip road closure at junction 8 for Reigate. Closure will be in place from 2200 hours local time until 0530 hours local time the following morning.
• M25 anticlockwise entry slip road closure at junction 13 (Staines). Closure will be in place from 2200 hours local time until 0530 hours local time the following morning.
• M3 northbound carriageway closure between junction 4a (Minley interchange) and junction 3 (Bagshot). Closure will be in place from 2100 hours local time until 0530 hours local time the following morning.
• Road closures on Thursday (23 January):
• A3 northbound carriageway closure from Hindhead Tunnel to Thursley. Closure will be in place from 2100 hours local time until 0530 hours local time the following morning.
• A3 northbound carriageway closure between slip roads at Longmoor. Closure will be in place from 2100 hours local time until 0530 hours local time the following morning.
• M25 clockwise carriageway closure between junctions 8 (Reigate) and 9 (Leatherhead). Closure will be in place from 2200 hours local time until 0530 hours local time the following morning.
• M25 clockwise entry slip road closure at junction 8 for Reigate. Closure will be in place from 2200 hours local time until 0530 hours local time the following morning.
• M25 anticlockwise exit slip road closure at junction 15 (Heathrow). Closure will be in place from 2200 hours local time until 0500 hours local time the following morning.

• Road closures on Friday (24 January):
