As per reports, at approximately 2200 hours local time (0600 hours UTC) on Monday (26 January), emergency maintenance operations prompted the closure of all lanes on the ramp from Interstate 15 (I-15) southbound to Interstate 215 (I-215) in the Las Vegas metropolitan area until 0300 hours local time (1100 hours UTC) on Tuesday (27 January).

The Nevada State Police confirmed that the closure occurred to address an emergent roadway maintenance issue, with all traffic lanes restricted while crews worked on the affected ramp.
