As per reports, road closures will be implemented for the 45th Saint Patrick’s Parade in Wilkes-Barre on Sunday (09 March).

• The parade is scheduled to begin at 1400 hours (local time).
• Closures will be in effect from noon until approximately 1600 hours (local time).
