As per reports, dozens of Glasgow roads will be closed on Saturday (06 July) for the Orange Walks.

50 Boyne Parades are scheduled to take place in Glasglow on Saturday (06 July) with around 3,500 people expected to march. Processions will begin from multiple places in the north, south, east, west, and city center of Glasgow before all will meet in Glasgow Green.

• Glasgow City Council has confirmed that a number of road closures and parking restrictions will be in place for the event. Road users will not be able to access prohibited areas between 0500 hours to 1600 hours (local time) on the day of the marches. Police Scotland will manage the road closures.
• The following streets are to be closed on Saturday (06 July) – Albion Street, Anchor Lane, Bell Street, Bridgegate, Cochrane Street, College Street, Duke Street, Dundas Street, Gallowgate, George Square, George Street, Greendyke Street, High Street, Ingram Street, King Street, London Road, Montrose Street, Nelson Mandela Place, Nelson Street, North Hanover Street, North Portland Street, Parsonage Row, Saltmarket, Shuttle Street, St Andrews Street, Trongate, and West Nile Street and George Street.
• The Southside expected march route includes Centre Street, King George V Bridge, Oswald Street, Hope Street onto West George Street to join behind the north & west group at George Square.
• The East end expected march route includes Glenpark Street, Duke Street, George Street, before meeting with the rest of the bands on George Square via Cochrane Street.
• The West end expected march route includes Kelvingrove Park, Argyle Street and St Vincent Street to Holland Street, Blythswood Square and join north and south at West George Street.
• The North Glasglow march route includes Corn Street, Garscube Road, St George’s Road, Sauchiehall Street, Pitt Street before joining the west group at West George Street.
• Scotrail announced that the Glasgow station bus link will not operate between 0900 hours to 1100 hours (local time) on Saturday (06 July). From 1100 hours local time the Queen Street stop will be located on Cathedral Street near Dundas Street. The Buchanan Bus Station stop will also be located on the opposite side of Killermont Street. Reports indicate that the normal services will be resumed from 1600 hours local time on Saturday (06 July).
