As per reports, the annual Kelowna Marathon necessitates a series of road closures and parking restrictions. The event this year is set for Sunday (28 September).
• The event will last from 0700 hours until 1400 hours (local time). The road closures and detours will be in place during this period.
• The City Park will remain open; however, its parking lot will be closed from 0600 hours until 1100 hours (local time) with limited public parking between until Monday (29 September).
• The marathon route will impact the following key corridors: Water Street, Sunset Drive, Clement Avenue, and Abbott Street.
