As per reports, a road closure is scheduled for a section of the US-10 highway in Sanford, starting on Tuesday (05 August).
• The first night closure will take place from 1900 hours (local time) on Tuesday (05 August) until 0700 hours (local time) on Wednesday (06 August) on the westbound lanes of US-10.
• The official detour for this section will be via M-30 Exit 116, northbound M-30, westbound Curtis Road and southbound M-18 back to US-10.
• The second night closure will take place from 1800 hours (local time) on Wednesday (06 August) until 0600 hours (local time) on Thursday (07 August). This closure will concern the eastbound lanes of US-10.
• The official detour will follow the route of: M-18 Exit 109, northbound M-18, eastbound Curtis Road, southbound M-30, eastbound Shaffer Road, and southbound Stark Road back to US-10.
• M-30, moreover, remains closed over US-10 as part of a large-scale reconstruction project. Here, the southbound traffic is being diverted using westbound US-10, southbound W. River Road and eastbound US-10. The northbound traffic detour follows the route of: US-10, northbound Stark Road and westbound US-10.
