As per reports, protestors blocked a road near Rampura Bazar in Dhaka on Wednesday (29 January) afternoon, affecting movement on the Badda-Rampura-Malibagh road. The Rampura Traffic Division of the Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) was deployed and cleared the congestion after 1400 hours.

The protest was held against the death of a 16-year-old by a Ramjan bus on Saturday (25 January), demanding justice for the victim and compensation for the family.
