As per reports, crews reached 40 per cent containment on the Foley Ridge Fire in the Willamette National Forest east of McKenzie Bridge, on Tuesday (23 September).

• Reportedly, more than 360 firefighters and aerial support are involved in the firefighting efforts.
• Evacuation notices have been reduced to Level 1 (Be Ready); however, the fire is still burning on 497 Acres.
• Oregon Highway 242 remains closed at the time of the reporting, with no information about the planned reopening.
