As per reports, Rath Yatra is scheduled for 27 June in Puri with heightened security management strategies along with increased monitoring and surveillance by installing CCTV cameras at 343 key locations.

These include roads leading to Puri, city entry points, and key areas like Grand Road and Puri Beach. The surveillance system will facilitate real-time monitoring for traffic control, crowd management, crime prevention, and maintaining law and order during the festival.
