As per reports, weather forecasts indicate a potential shift in atmospheric conditions in the Metropolitan Region of Santiago as autumn conditions gradually begin to influence central parts of Chile starting from Friday (13 March).

• Forecast models indicate that maximum daytime temperatures may decrease to approximately 26 to 28 degrees Celsius during the upcoming weekend as a cold air event moves into the region from the south.
• According to projections based on the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts model, a frontal weather system intensified by an atmospheric river may approach central Chile in the coming days.
• Additional meteorological assessments from Alejandro Sepúlveda of Megatiempo suggest that precipitation could occur around Tuesday (17 March).
• However, this projection remains uncertain, as rainfall may fall in isolated areas and may not necessarily reach central parts of Santiago. Meteorologists emphasize that weather conditions remain subject to change in the coming days as forecast models continue to update.
