As per reports, heavy rainfall along with partly cloudy skies is expected across Leningrad on Monday (21 September).
• Temperatures are expected to be seven to 12 degrees Celsius overnight. Daytime highs are expected to reach 12 to 17 degrees Celsius. Atmospheric pressure is expected to remain unchanged overnight and begin to rise during the day, according to the North-West Hydrometeorological Center.
• Wind speed is expected to reach two to five meters per second.
