As per reports, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) forecasts rainfall and cloudy conditions in Cebu, Central Visayas, the Philippines, till Wednesday (18 February), as weather systems, including the Northeast Monsoon (amihan), shear line and easterlies, continue to influence local weather patterns.

Affected areas include parts of Luzon, Visayas – including Cebu and other key cities are likely to experience periods of rainfall accompanied by thunderstorms, with scattered rain and overcast skies persisting through Wednesday (18 February).

• Additionally, beighboring provinces like Bulacan, Quezon, Rizal, and Laguna as well as mainland Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, Aurora, Nueva Ecija, and Camarines Norte may see cloudy skies with scattered rainfall and isolated thunderstorms triggered by the shear line.
